At Forever Young DIY, we want you to love your custom fashion creations as much as we do. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the materials are in their original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
